The Slovenia national team played their second match of the Nations League at Stožice. This time, the opponent was Kazakhstan, whom Kek’s squad decisively outplayed. Benjamin Šeško was the star of the evening. He scored three goals, moving up to fifth place in the national team’s top scorers list. He also became only the eighth Slovenian to score a hat-trick in a national team jersey.
