Despite everything, I congratulate the boys for not losing the match naively,” Aleš Arnol said after the match in Slovenian capital.
Despite the dissatisfaction with the result, Aleš Arnol made only one substitution, indicating satisfaction with the play: “Substitutions were not crucial this time. We tried a different setup. Despite everyone’s efforts at the ŽAK stadium, the pitch was in the state it was in. We tried to use the qualities of the players already on the field. We were close to scoring and did not want to disrupt the balance.”
In the upcoming week, Bravo will face Krka in the cup competition, where Arnol anticipates rotations in the team: “There will definitely be rotations so that fresh players have the opportunity to show their quality. The cup is an important competition, and we respect Krka. We know that lower league teams caused quite a few surprises last season.
