Friday’s cup day kicked off at Stožice with the women’s cup final. ŽNK Ljubljana and ŽNK Mura faced off, and despite the surprising lead by the players from the Slovenian capital, they ultimately lost. ŽNK Mura didn’t falter. The women from Prekmurje responded with five goals and ultimately celebrated a resounding 5:1 victory.
The players from the club based in MurskaSobota knew how to celebrate after the win, and their celebration was captured through the lens of our colleague Nik Moder from the agency Sportida.
